The B12 is an incredible thing for me. I suffer from Hashimoto's Thyroiditis and with it comes the ups and downs energy-wise as the Thyroid eventually goes out. The B12 has been an answer to prayer for me. I've been ordering from MyDietSolutions.com for a year now, as has my hubby. He uses the B12 Injection to help is on-court recovery time as a basketball referee. He has told me time and again that he simply won't be without his weekly shot.
